Ring size guide

Measure at home using either an existing ring or a simple paper strip, then confirm your fit with the MUUR conversion chart.

Wrap a non-stretch strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
Mark the overlap point, then measure that length in millimetres to find the circumference.
Use the chart to convert the circumference into your ideal ring size.

Locate your circumference or diameter measurement, then follow the row to compare US, UK, and European sizes.

Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are naturally larger for an accurate fit.
Use paper or string that does not stretch so the measurement stays true.
Wrap comfortably—snug but not tight—to mimic how the ring should feel.
Measure two or three times to confirm your result before choosing a size.
